10. Ali Tate

Ever imagine the day you would be told “We really like you, but you're just not big enough?” Well for Ali Tate that was just a normal day in her life. The plus sized model is a self-described body activist, vegetarian and lover of all things green. She recently signed with Milk, Muse NYC and Ford and caused a stir with her revelations saying she wasn’t big enough to be a plus-sized model but she wasn’t anorexic enough for a runway model. Ali went on to tell Cosmopolitan magazine that her whole body image changed from one where she was constantly judging her own body to one where she thought that this was her natural body size — and it's hot! We couldn’t agree more Ali. Welcome to our Top 10…

9. Nadia Aboulhosn

In case you don’t already know, Nadia Aboulhosn is all that. She may be connected to Drake, hates to wear pants and loves pizza but there is more than meets the eye with this model, fashion designer, and blogger. She is well known for designing plus sized clothing lines for brands such as BooHoo, Addition Elle, and Lord & Taylor. But she is probably best known for saying that she just wants to live in a world where Britney and Justin made it. The outspoken Florida native once gave a shout out to all the women out there who can appreciate another woman, her success, her body, and not shame them. She appreciates you and we appreciate you, Nadia. Thanks for being more than just a pretty face.

8. Anansa Sims

Anansa Sims is no stranger to the world of fashion as her mother is famous super model Beverly Johnson who went on to become the first African-American model to ever appear on the cover of Vogue magazine in 1974. Now Anansa has followed in her mother’s footsteps and is making an impressive name for herself after having walked the runway for the Lane Bryant show, gracing the pages of Glamour and putting her best pose forward in fashion LookBooks for the likes of Forever 21, Kmart and even Kohl.

7. Lizzie Miller

There’s so much to be said about Lizzie Miller. She’s beautiful, successful and ambitious. Some may even go so far as to say she is a symbol of the plus sized revolution. When it comes to her fuller figure stature, the aspiring model didn’t let that slow her down and the cheeky 5’10” Californian beauty posed nude for Glamour magazine. The riské editorial got the world’s attention and the untouched photos garnered an overwhelming response from both men and women across the world. She’s now riding the wave of success and has been spotted walking in several runway shows during fashion weeks, including One Stop Plus's first New York fashion week show and the Elena Miro runway shows in Milan, Italy.

6. Marquita Pring

We don't like to throw around the term “plus-size” and Marquita Pring hates the term as much as we do but we can’t help but include her in our Top 10 list seeing she is all kinds of gorgeous. The model’s famous pout and sexy curves make her one of the hottest models to date and she had made quite the name for herself surviving 8 years in the industry. She stresses the importance of physical health and being happy and healthy and is confident in her body image. Surprising as she was fired from Ford Models after they decided to shut down their plus-size division but Marquita went on to walk the runway for Jean Paul Gaultier and other high-fashion designers.

5. Myla Dalbesio

Say hi to Calvin Klein model and Internet sensation Myla Dalbesio. We’re excited to have Myla join the ranking as she makes it into the Top 5. Not only is the 27-year-old New Yorker beautiful and talented but she is strong willed as well. She’s just a size 10 but in this cut-throat industry she was not welcomed with open arms. She’s seen as an “in-betweener” in the world of modelling which has made Myla a pro at pretending she’s larger than she is. That all changed when she became the first ever 'plus-sized' model to feature as the face of Calvin Klein's popular underwear range ‘Perfectly Fit,’ according to the Daily Mail. We look forward to seeing what lies ahead for the ambitious model from Wisconsin.

4. Kaela Humphries

Kris Humphries' sister takes to the limelight as she has landed a few modelling gigs and is the new face of Evans clothing. The hot brunette beauty just signed with Ford Models and recently lent her curves to Eloquii for their latest fashion LookBook. She may not have had much camera time on Keeping up with the Kardashians but something tells us that’s all about to change soon…

3. Tara Lynn

Warning: Curves Ahead. Along with her model friends Candice Huffine and Ashley Graham, Tara has helped make a name for plus-sized models around the world. She may be best known for gracing the cover of French Elle but there's plenty more to this beauty than just one cover shoot. Tara has broken down all the traditions and rules and helped redefine the fashion industry's criteria for beauty. The plus-sized model didn’t have it easy growing up and used to deal with body image issues, but now she's laughing all the way to the bank and we hope she can finally wave goodbye to all the skinny haters.

2. Candice Huffine

Candice Huffine ranks in at number 2 and it’s no surprise as she is undoubtedly one of the most visible plus-sized models within the high-fashion world whilst still making you shake your head in wonder at why she is considered plus-size in the first place. Sure she helped bring curvy women back in style but she looks perfectly normal. The fashion fiend, selfie novice and NYC lover landed the cover of Vogue and even posed for iconic Pirelli calendar. It’s safe to say she is a bona fide star in the fashion world and we couldn’t be happier for her.

1. Ashley Graham

When it comes to our number one model of the moment, Ashley Graham is everywhere and everything right now. She’s on a mission to redefine what it means to be sexy and with her high cheekbones, flawless skin and serious pout she is going in fully armed. The sultry model had the curves and attitude to pull off a cover shoot for Sports Illustrated's Swimsuit Edition and has also been featured in Vogue, Glamour and Levi campaigns. Here’s to you Ashley Graham and thank you for proving that “plus-sized” models can look perfectly normal and gorgeous just the same.
