Being a celebrity may look like a fun job, but trust me, being in the public eye that often isn’t easy! Not to mention when you have a publicist, manager and friends that are also very opinionated, it can be difficult for many celebrities to find a partner they truly care about. How are you supposed to know if someone loves you for you, or just loves you for your money or what you represent?

All of us have heard of the different types of dating lives that celebrities have taken on, whether it is the stars that married for publicity, those who stay single, or those who serial date from one star to the next, constantly keeping their names in the tabloids.

Either way, let's face it, there are certain entertainers that were very famous when they were single and as soon as they got married, their careers started to dwindle. Whether it was because of the person they chose or that their fans became uninterested, celebrities are like a brand and who they choose will make a difference in their public image. Recently, the headlines came out that in the beginning of his career Idris Elba was married to Sonya Hamlin for 6 weeks. She claims that he decided to divorce her because it wasn’t good for his public image.

While the dating life of a celebrity sounds exciting, there are many of them that have decided to keep it simple. For whatever reason they chose, here are 15 stars that are with ordinary people.

15. Adele and Simon Konecki

She is the UK’s richest female musician in history with a net worth of 85 million pounds. Yet most of her wealth was earned from heartbreak music, so you may be shocked to know she's found love! The British-born singer is happily in a relationship with Simon Konecki who is the CEO of a charity called Drop4Drop. Adele has tried to keep her personal life private and has taken to social media a few times to debunk rumors about the two breaking up. The two got married during a private wedding in the UK.

14. Bruno Mars and Jessica Caban

Bruno Mars has been a heartthrob for women around the world from teenage girls to soccer moms. He has wooed us on stage with hit singles like “Marry You” and “Treasure”, and gotten us jiving to hits like "Uptown Funk". While Bruno does not always make himself accessible to the media, especially after finishing world tours, we can only imagine the stories he and his band have to tell about fans and groupies. If you thought he’d only be into Hollywood stars, you’d be surprised. He is currently dating an unknown model named Jessica Caban. Caban, to her credit, was the face of Jennifer Lopez’s clothing line “J-Lo” in 2002. They met at a restaurant with her friends in New York City in 2014.

13. Tina Fey and Jeff Richmond

The hilarious comedian Tina Fey is married to Jeff Richmond who is a director, producer, and composer. While she may star on the screen, Richmond has worked behind the scenes and directed a few episodes of 30 Rock. Tina starred in the television show from 2006 to 2013. Fey was also one of the main writers on the staff. The show also starred Tracy Morgan, Alec Baldwin and Jane Krakowski. These two are living proof that a couple that works together, often stays together. When they first started dating Jeff was a piano player, but clearly his skill set is continuing to expand! The couple is now happily living in the Upper West Side of New York City.

One of my favorite comedians, Aziz Ansari has taken after Russell Peters with standup topics ranging from race to dating. Between touring across the world, publicity stunts and starring in his Netflix show Master of None, one wonders how Aziz can find time for anyone but himself! Yet he clearly prioritizes his time well, and is currently dating Courtney McBroom who is a chef. They met in New York City when she was working at Momofuku Milk Bar. The two bonded over Hokey Pokey cookies, so is there any wonder they fell in love? We may not see her name in cooking magazines and on billboards, but she definitely knew the way to Aziz’s heart with delicious home-cooked meals.

11. Jimmy Fallon and Nancy Juvonen

Jimmy Fallon has been making us laugh since 1998. Whether you're a fan from his days on Saturday Night Live or his current projects, there is no doubting that Fallon is incredibly talented.  He was even named of of People magazines’ 50 Most Beautiful People! We all have watched at least one episode of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon where he often plays karaoke with celebrities, while his band The Roots, play hit songs in the background. His charm and good looks might make one believe he is single and ready to mingle, but Jimmy has been married since 2007. His wife, Nancy Juvonen, is a film producer who owns a production company with actress Drew Berrymore.

10. Joan Smalls and Bernard Smith

Puerto Ricon fashion model Joan Smalls was ranked at number 8 in Forbes magazine as one of the World’s Highest-Paid Models, so you can imagine she's quite the catch! If you don’t remember her face, she cameos in Beyoncé’s video “Yonce” and has been the face of campaigns for Victoria Secret, Gucci, Chanel, Fendi and Calvin Klein. Her boyfriend’s name is Bernard Smith. He may not be a Hollywood star, but is an entrepreneur and was identified by InStyle magazine last year as being Joan’s “entourage” . Easy to see how he earned that title when you consider that he often shows up to her runway shows and red carpet events to support her.

9. Miles Teller and Keleigh Sperry

If you had a chance to watch any of the movies that Miles Teller has played in, you may think that this actor is not into serious relationships and enjoys the single life as a bachelor. But take a look at pictures of him and his girlfriend on the red carpet and you would swear that she is a well-known celebrity. Miles' girlfriends name is Keleigh Sperry who may not be a top model, but it is obvious that Miles loves her a lot. They started to secretly date in 2013 and even made it through a long distance relationship before they became an item.

8. Ludacris and Eudoxie Mbouguiengue

The Fast and the Furious star Ludacris is living a life that many people can only imagine. He definitely knows the ropes on how it is to be a non-celebrity. Starting out as a radio jockey, Ludacris struggled to get his first album on the air waves, but he persevered and eventually made it to the top of the Billboard charts. While he has kept how he met his wife Eudoxie Mbouguiengue a secret, sources say that he met her at the video shoot for "Pimpin' All Over the world". The video was mostly filmed in South Africa and had no shortage of unbelievable music video vixens. Eudoxie is a model from Gabonese in Africa and the two married in 2014.

7. Scarlett Johansson and Romain Dauriac

Scarlett Johansson has been the apple of most celebrity and fans eyes since she first starred in the movie If Lucy Fell in 1996. The celebrity rumor mill has linked the Avengers actress to popular entertainers that include Justin Timberlake, Sean Penn, Jared Leto and Ryan Reynolds, the last of whom she was married to for 2 years.

The one man that caught Scarlett’s interest and put a ring on it in 2014 was not a celebrity, but a French business man named Romain Dauriac. He owns an advertising agency and the two share a home between NYC and Paris, France.

6. Kelly Rowland and Tim Witherspoon

When Kelly Rowland started out as a singer in Destiny’s Child she was an amazing songstress on stage that knew how to keep her love life private. But after her song “Dirty Laundry” came out in 2013, Kelly admitted to being in a previous relationship where she was physically abused. With her Barbie Doll good looks, she never let her past keep her from finding true love and shortly after the song, she met her match. She is married to her manager Tim Witherspoon (not the heavyweight boxer who shares the same name!). The two got married in Costa Rica in 2014 and have an adorable son.

5. Tobey Maguire and Jennifer Meyer

When we think of Tobey Maguire, we remember him for his impeccable work in the movies Spider-Man, Seabiscuit and The Great Gatsby. With the good luck this actor has had over the years starring in some of the box office leading hit movies, we would think that he is linked to a famous actress. Yet you'd be wrong!

Tobey decided to keep it low key and married a jewelry designer, Jennifer Meyer. Her father Ronald Meyer is the vice chairman of NBC Universal and her jewelry line can be found in Barneys New York, as well as a store called Maxfield in Beverly Hills, California.

4. DJ Khaled and Nicole Tuck

There are sevearl reasons why people know who DJ Khaled is. From his usage of Snapchat, to his personality, to his music, there is no doubt that he is one of the most prominent people in society. At the very least, you probably know his hit single “All I Do is Win” that was used by Barack Obama as he walked on stage to at the Whitehouse Correspondence Dinner in 2013.

DJ's career is only going to grow now that he is being managed by Jay Z. Khaled has also produced songs for many artists, but has chosen a non-celebrity, Nicole Tuck, to be his partner. Helps that he has been with her long before he got famous! Tuck has a keen fashion sense and is the face of a clothing line.

Zoe Kravitz was once known for being happy and single. In the past we have also seen her out and about on the town with Drake amongst other stars, but Zoe decided to keep her recent relationship out of the limelight. She is dating a Los Angeles-based songwriter and record producer named Twin Shadow. His legal name is George Lewis Jr. and he just so happens to be from the Dominican Republic. When the paparazzi take pictures of this couple, they look like a perfect match made in heaven. He has a striking resemblance to her famous rock star father, Lenny Kravitz.

2. Chloe Moretz and Brooklyn Beckham

She is one of the leading starlets that you can’t miss if you are an avid movie watcher. As a model and actress, Chloe Moertz can call her publicist any time of the day and set up a date with any famous person she would like, but she chose to date Brooklyn Bechkham. Yes, that’s right! Former soccer star David Becham’s children are all grown up now and his son has been dating Chloe on and off for some time now. After dating Cameron Fuller in 2014, she decided to step up her non-celebrity dating life and has publicly showed her love and affection for Brooklyn on social media.

Right when we thought LeBron James, aka King James, was going to continue to steal the headlines for being the next best thing to Michael Jordan, Stephen Curry’s popularity started to rise. Though to his credit, Steph just happens to be arguably the greatest shooter in NBA history. Not to mention Steph is way better looking! While there are many female celebrities and basketball groupies that wish they can have a date with Stephen, the man is happily married to Ayesha Curry. She is a beautiful actress and model from Toronto that is working her way into the industry. The two have been together for 8 years.
