It seems most of the time, celebrities never age. George Clooney and Pierce Brosnan only get better with age. But the women? Heck, it’s like they actually get younger, and some even look younger than their own children. When it comes to men, it’s not quite as noticeable, as they aren’t as closely monitored, and aging can be an asset to that rugged look. But when it comes to women, people take notice…fast! In the real world (a.k.a. not Hollywood) we do age. We try out best to prevent wrinkles and grey hairs, but hey, it’s all part of life. Today, we have some gorgeous celebrities who look young themselves. However, their mothers are so youthful and gifted, that they look just as young as their offspring! Only since they have teams who follow their every move, they seem to get the long end of the stick. If only we could all have a group of people whose only job was to make you beautiful! Miley Cyrus' Mother, Tish Cyrus
If there is one mother who looks younger than her daughter, it’s Miley Cyrus’s mother, Tish Cyrus. She has always been involved in Miley’s life and is said to be the one who encouraged her to begin acting/singing. She even produced the hit movie of Cyrus,' The Last Song, which is funny since that’s where Miley and her beau, Liam Hemsworth, met.
She even has her own show with Miley’s sister, Brandi, called Cyrus vs. Cyrus: Design and Conquer, where the two are challenged to design rooms and houses against each other. Looking at Tish, you would never guess she was 50 years old and had given birth to five children.
Teen Vogue has reported that she is ecstatic that Miley is finally settling down and couldn’t have picked a better husband herself. Or maybe she could…as far as anyone knows, Tish and Billy Ray have not gone through with their divorce and in 2017, they said they were “making it work” for the kids.
Scarlett Johansson's Mother, Melanie Johansson
This woman is already a legend and she’s not even 35! From a pregnant teen to Black Widow, she’s been making history since she was 12. However, not many people know Scarlett Johansson’s mom, Melanie Sloan. But you know what? They should! To look even kind of good standing next to a woman who is often called “the most beautiful woman in the world” is quite the feat. Of course, those good looks came from somewhere though. And that somewhere is Melanie Johansson! How is this woman not famous?
That’s right, she’s behind the scenes, working as a producer! She is Scarlett’s manager and is most famous for A Love Song for Bobby Long. No wonder no one noticed that this 67-year-old woman was Scarlett’s mother, she looks more like her BFF. We hope that Scarlett Johansson has loads of her genetics and can stay forever young just like her mother.

This here is a duo we all already know and love. When Will Smith and Jada Pinkett met on the set of Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, sparks flew! Fast forward a few years and the two are happily married with two children. One of those children being the bold and beautiful, Willow Smith–who, we must say, is dashing. She “stages scenes for her camera with dolls, ventriloquist dummies, objects on legs, and people, to create photographs that reference domestic scenes.” Considering Lena’s father paints abstract women, you can assume her childhood wasn’t standard. Lena’s mother began her feminist view in the ‘70s…yeah, before it was cool! Doesn’t she make us all want to be strong mothers? If she can look this good now, then maybe she’s discovered the secret to eternal youth.
Kaia Gerber's Mother, Cindy Crawford
Cindy Crawford is one of the biggest, most beautiful models of her time. So it makes sense that Kaia Gerber would be one of the most amazing models of her time as well, although, Cindy is keeping up really well. Back in February, she posed for InStyle on top of a bunch of men in a revealing state. Proud of the shot, she uploaded to her IG. Kaia was so embarrassed that she commented, “MOM!” followed by, “where’s Dad?” She was, of course, referring to Cindy’s husband Rande Gerber. After seeing these comments, Cindy uploaded the exchange on Twitter with the caption, “Trolled!” proving that she still has it after all these years.
The poor 16-year-old showed us that celebrity children are just like us! We know her brother was just as embarrassed but, surely, enjoyed Kaia’s disdain. Will Cindy Crawford ever age? Will she ever lose it? How can she when she practically invented “it”?
The Gummers' Mother, Meryl Streep
Meryl Streep is so youthful, that she was used as one of the actresses for Death Becomes Her. She was the “perfect woman” who had discovered the Fountain of Youth. She never fails to make the “best actresses of all time” list. Streep has three daughters— Mamie, Grace, and Louisa.
All of her daughters look like their mother, but Mamie is nearly identical! So much so, that the two can easily be confused.
Meryl is very happy that Mamie and Grace have followed in her footsteps but worries for them. “Because when criticism comes your way as an actor they are not criticizing your writing or your painting or your piece, they are criticizing you!” she says. This definitely makes sense. Any mother would worry about their daughters going into the business, even one who is in it themselves. At least they have a mentor through it all, the one and only Meryl Streep!

Legend begat legend begat legend with this one. It’s so refreshing to see this happen in Hollywood. Even reading it from reliable sources, we find it hard to believe that this beautiful mother, known as Tippi Hedren, is almost 90 years old! Aside from her amazing movies, one of the best things she’s done with her life was give birth to and raise Melanie Griffith, who in turn gave birth to Dakota Johnson. There’s so much stardom in this bloodline that we’re unsure what’s real anymore.
Let’s start with the fact that the oldest of the three has starred in over eighty films, even Charlie Chaplin’s last film. Then there’s Melanie Griffith who made it big in the '80s and '90s. She was followed by her daughter the 50 Shades of Grey actress, Dakota Johnson. Now what we want to see is Dakota Johnson’s future daughter, who will no doubt carry on the family legacy.
Rashida Jones' Mother, Peggy Lipton
Rashida Jones is well-known for her work as Ann Perkins in Parks and Recreation. Her one-of-a-kind mother is best-known for her role as Julie Barnes in The Mod Squad. Rashida’s mother is so youthful that young people everywhere criticized her last commercial! Why? Because she starred in the 2015 Verizon commercial as Rashida Jones mother.
People were tweeting things like, “It's laughable that @verizonfios expects us to believe that @iamrashidajones' 'mother' is hardly old enough to be her mother. #notbuyingit.” Rashida was totally amused! She tweeted back, “That IS my mother!”
The mother-daughter duo is unstoppable these days. After winning a battle with cancer, Peggy Lipton looks better than ever. And is as sweet as ever too! Rashida told Oprah, “Mom is the most unconditionally loving person I will ever know, and she has always supported me on every level.” Maybe it’s kindness that makes us live longer.

As the fourth best-selling artist of all time, Madonna is no stranger to anyone. She has six children, the most famous of those being Lourdes Leon, the daughter that she had with Carlos Leon, making her half-Cuban. Anyone who sees her social media and interviews knows she’s much more like her mother than her father though. From unshaven pits to the “who cares” attitude! One thing that she did take form her father was a healthy lifestyle, considering he’s a health guru.

Emily Estefan's Mother, Gloria Estefan
Gloria and Emilio Estefan are a legendary Cuban couple. Gloria got her start with a group called "Miami Latin Boys," which was eventually known as Miami Sound Machine. Her breakthrough song was "Conga," which made her known worldwide. You know, the one that goes, “Come on, shake your body, baby, do the conga. I know you can't control yourself any longer!” It really does make the hips move involuntarily. She has been named one of VH1’s and Billboard’s Top 100 artists of all time!
As for their daughter, Emily, well, she’s settled down with her girlfriend, Gemeny Hernandez. The two make a beautiful couple, but if one didn’t know better, they may think that Emily’s mother was her date, instead!
Meaning, Gloria has hardly aged over the last few years. It’s hard to believe until you see that Gloria’s mother, “Big Gloria,” is still alive and kicking. After seeing all of these women, we realize that this must be hereditary.
Ava Phillipe's Mother, Reese Witherspoon
We take back saying that Reese Witherspoon looks younger than her daughter, Ava. The fact of the matter is, Ava looks like Reese’s twin sister! Ava is now so famous for looking like her mother that everyone forgets she has two brothers. Reese names her as her own best friend, telling followers of her blog, “we can talk for hours.”
Ava also loves hanging out with her mom and is now an aspiring model, considering she just turned 18. She seems rather level-headed as well when she told people, “I think as a teenager, it’s important to have both guidance and freedom in finding your style, and my mom is really good at balancing that.” What teen can do that? It’s quite amazing that Reese is old enough to even have an 18-year-old daughter. The pair’s relationship can be seen clearly in any photo you see of the two.

It was easy to see from an early age that Demi Moore was ageless. She’s been married to three big stars— Freddy Moore, Bruce Willis, and Ashton Kutcher. If you asked, she’d no doubt say the best thing to come out of those marriages was her children. All three of them belonging to Bruce Willis. Seeing her and her daughter, Rumer Willis, together, you will 100% have to do a double take.
She may be twice as old as Rumer, but that doesn’t mean she looks like it.
Now that they are living together, they tell ET that they love that they can spend more time together than ever. Rumer has been a regular on the show Empire for a while, that films near her apartment. But just recently, her mother Demi Moore scored a role due to Rumer’s request! Not many mother-daughter pairs even want to work together, so props to them.
Zoe Kravitz's Mother, Lisa Bonet
Wait…which one is on Divergent…and which one is on The Cosby Show? It’s all so confusing! People actually get these two women mixed up even though they are mother and daughter. While Lisa Bonet has decided to end her career (or at least lighten her load) as an actress, her daughter, Zoe Kravitz, is just getting started.
Can you imagine being Lisa Bonet and Lenny Kravitz daughter though? To make things worse (or maybe better) her stepfather is Jason Momoa! The expectations are ridiculous! Thankfully, she lives up to them.
It’s really refreshing to see Jason Momoa treat Zoe like his own daughter without getting in the way of her and her biological father’s relationship. Want a fun fact? There’s a 12-year age gap between Lisa and Jason. Jason admits he’s had a crush on Lisa for as long as he can remember, even saying that he one day hoped to marry her. This was before he was even famous! Dreams do come true.
Claudia Rose Pfeiffer's Mother, Michelle Pfeiffer
How can you get better than Catwoman? The Catwoman! As the most iconic Catwoman/blonde of the ‘90s, Michelle Pfeiffer is everything. Even her very own daughter can hardly hold a candle to her. And that’s saying a lot because Claudia is gorgeous, just like her mother, which is pure luck, considering Claudia is adopted. She adopted her when she was 35, after her divorce. According to Mom.me, Michelle has said, “Being a mother has helped me get out in the world and make friends I never would have made.”
It’s nice to see that she’s moved into the role of a mother so well, but it seems her body is lagging behind. She may have adopted, but that’s no excuse! If you’re going to be sixty, then you at least have to look forty…maybe thirty? Looking younger than half your age just makes the rest of us look bad. Way to go, Michelle Pfeiffer.
Liv Freundlich's Mother, Julianne Moore
Who is this redheaded queen? Which one, you say? The one that looks like a ginger goddess or the one that looks like…a ginger goddess? Can we just mean both? The fifty-eight-year-old mother and her teen daughter. It’s as if we’re seeing double. Is this Boogie Nights times two? Maybe a Parent Trap reboot with two Julianne Moores in place of the ginger teen, Lindsay Lohan. Oh wait, this is mother and daughter, how easily we forget the unbelievable fact.
Liv Freundlich is only 16 years old, which means Julianne Moore looks 16 as well! Liv has her mother’s hair and just about everything else. We suspect she will have her mother's talent and ageless beauty as well.
Isn’t it every woman’s dream to look like a teenager for the rest of her life. No doubt Julianne Moore gets asked for her ID more times than she can count. Now, that’s the gift that keeps on giving for years to come.

Now, that’s the sort of thing that makes us believe in time travel. Doubletake…tripletake…and quadruple take! We still don’t understand this mind teaser. This woman is not in her fifties (the older one if you can tell which one that is)! As one of the highest-earning models of the 1980's, it’s easy to see that Yasmin Le Bon was born with it. She and her daughter Amber are both models. But Yasmin has a little secret. She told Daily Mail that menopause has given her “padding” which really helped her career. Plus, it’s way cheaper than getting cosmetic procedures! I guess that's a perk of being an older model. Not that Amber inferior to her mother at all, but Yasmin has the wisdom and experience to know when to use her assets.
We can only assume that these two will stick together, looking like sisters, for the extent of the elder’s career.
Apple Martin's Mother, Gwyneth Paltrow
A spitting image! Apple Martin isn’t very old yet, but that doesn’t mean she can’t look the same age as her mother. It does mean that she looks mature for her age, but it also means her mother looks so much younger than her own age. Gwyneth Paltrow refuses to age and refuses to look like a mother. Apple is only 13, and already people are freakin’ out over more than just her name. While the name Apple Martin is catchy, there are bigger fish to keep an eye on.
Apple won’t be in the modeling business for another five years, but she’s already stormed Instagram with her mother, the two looking like identical twins. She definitely got 110% of her mother’s genetics, even though her father, Chris Martin, is quite the looker as well. The lead singer and founder of the band Coldplay is owed a bit of credit for Apple’s looks.

Another model that can’t possibly be a mother is Jane Seymour. But the truth is, she’s old enough for the senior discount. We literally question the authority of whoever said that Jane is 67 years old. Betty White didn’t look this good at 67 and she hasn’t aged since Golden Girls. 67, Jane? No way, Christie Brinkley, are you allowed to look that good at 64 years old! You’re putting every one of us women in our 20's and 30's to shame.
