Belcalis Almanzar, better known as Cardi B, was born in South Bronx, worked many jobs, and participated in reality shows before pursuing her career in music as a rapper. In 2017, her single Bodak Yellow climbed to the top position on the Billboard charts marking her breakthrough in the music industry. Since then, her career has soared to new heights, and she has released one studio album and two mixtapes. As a rapper, producer, and brand endorser, she has amassed a $40 million fortune. She spends her net worth making crazy expenses, and one of her most notable spendings is on real estate. She has amassed four properties in different locations within the last four years.

From a dream home near Manhattan and close to the Bronx to a stunning estate in the Dominican Republic, her native country, Cardi B has curated a beautiful selection of homes for herself and her young family. Let’s take a look at her real estate portfolio.

New York Home

In November 2021, the rapper announced that she had moved into her New York home on her social media account. Located in the suburbs of the Garden State, it is a few miles away from Washington Heights and Midtown Manhattan, the localities where she grew up. As mentioned by NY Post, the rapper purchased the property for $5.85 million and spent an additional $1 million to renovate the place and add her personal touch to the estate. The gated estate got spread over 2 acres of land, and the main residence sits on a 13,000 sq. ft. of area.

The Master Suite has dual bathrooms and walk-in closets, and six fireplaces. It has nine bedrooms, nine bathrooms, and a guest room that will also feature additional rooms for any visitors; furthermore, it has 10-foot-high ceilings, a temperature-controlled wine cellar, a movie theater, a gym, and a wet bar. The outdoors has a tennis court, a cabana, and a saltwater pool.

Atlanta Dream Mansion

A few months before purchasing her New York home, the artist had made a big purchase in Atlanta. The mega-mansion got located in an upscale neighborhood called the Buckhead, and the European-style estate looks straight out of a fairytale. The 6-acre private property features five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, an underground shooting range, and an 1800-bottle capacity wine cellar, as noted by Fancy Pants Homes.

The opulent home was listed for $5.79 million before Cardi B bought it. The house got built-in 2006, and the exterior has tall columns, large doors, and open layouts, which contrasts the contemporary homes owned by celebrities today. Along with a stunning backyard, the three-story house has a four-car garage.

New Jersey Estate For Mother

Struggling through her childhood to make ends meet with her mother, the artist knew the value of owning a home. One of her childhood dreams was to purchase a house for her mother that she could call her own. In 2018, the rapper achieved the feat when she bought a $1 million mansion for her mother in New Jersey. According to People, she took Instagram to share the news and even gave a tour of the house.

The furnished kitchen decorated with wooden flooring and white cabinets. The basement features a gym, a Family Room with a fireplace, and a theater room which was unfurnished when the rapper shot the video back in 2018. The house features an elaborate foyer with a staircase.

Dominican Republic Property

Offset is known to shower Cardi and their children with extravagant gifts and her 29th birthday was no different. While gifting jewelry has been a staple for every occasion, he took things to the next level when he bought her a home in her native country of the Dominican Republic for $1.45 million, and the vacation villa is located in Las Terrenas by the sea. The property is on a 4-acre land hillside with a gated community and offers extensive views of the mountains and the beach.

The four-level home has six bedrooms, six bathrooms, and copious balconies to view the tropical city, as reported by Dirt. The property also has a separate guesthouse that features one bedroom and a single bathroom. The main residence has two infinity swimming pools and built-in chaise lounges on the roof. Cardi B has used the home as an income source as it got listed on Airbnb with a charge of $836 for a night.

From living in a small apartment in Washington Heights to owning fairytale mansions, Cardi B’s rags to riches story are inspirational. Through gifts and self-purchases, she has managed to collect a stunning set of homes, and as she continues to actively work on her music, more properties will be added to the list in the coming years.
