As of this writing, the deal is not yet closed but the singer reportedly offered to buy Sylverter Stallone’s 30,000-square-foot estate for $58 million which was originally listed in the market for $110 million. Over the holiday weekend, TMZ broke the news that Adele has made an offer to buy Sylvester Stallone’s luxurious 90210 estate. The singer offered a lowball purchase price of $58 million which she has agreed to pay somewhere in the neighborhood for the house.
It was reported that once the Rolling in The Deep singer signs off the inspection report and removes all the contingencies on the offer, she will be able to close the deal on her new property. According to insiders, the offer Adele made for the purchase of the mansion is already a steal as it seems a little wild on surface but considering that the last offer the mansion received was $80 million and Stallone wanted a hefty amount of $110 million, the offer still somewhat makes sense.
The sprawling estate of Sylvester Stallone sits on 3.5 acres of land which features eight bedrooms and twelve bathrooms. The master suite of the mansion has a steam room, sauna, office and terrace that overlooks a beautiful sceneries in Beverly Hills. The estate also features infinity pool, spa, cinema, an art studio and a spacious garage that can cater eight cars. The mansion also boasts a two-storey guest house that includes two en-suite bedrooms which has a full chef’s kitchen. It would the perfect place to house the family and friends of the Easy on Me singer once they visit from the UK.
The property is located on a private gated community which is where Denzel Washington and Eddie Murphy reportedly live as well. Additional selling point of the mansion is the views across the popular Rodeo Drive which can be seen from the estate’s living room. The singer can also enjoy her daily workout at home as the place has a fully-equipped home gym.
