Boz Scaggs is an American songwriter-singer and guitarists who gained fame in the 70’s with his several top 20 hit singles. Scaggs’ net worth is $30 million, most of which has been contributed by his music career. Boz writes and records music, as well as continues to tour the world to date. The star was born in Canton, Ohio by a father who was a travelling salesman.
At the age of 12, he learned to play guitar, and later became a vocalist for Miller’s band in 1959. Boz sung with different bands in the US before moving to Sweden as a solo performer. He recorded his first album in 1965, but it was not a major success. He returned to the U.S. in 1967 and continued to engage in music. He continued to practice music in the 80’s and 90’s.
