You don't necessarily have to look in the mirror to point out a few features about yourself that you maybe don't like. If you're one of those rare people who are 100 percent totally okay with their bodies, then congratulations. However, even the most confident people have their off days where their weight, hair, height, skin, and other features bother them. At the end of the day, all the wishing in the world won't change all parts of you.

That's why most people push so hard for acceptance of all body types, shapes, and sizes. Instead of waking up every single day and looking in the mirror and getting upset, you can slowly try to love what you already have. Of course, you do have another option, and that's to drop considerable cash on plastic surgery. You don't see this as much in the real world of your friends, family, coworkers, and acquaintances because a lot of people can't afford much more than semi-regular Botox injections. Getting real work done like a boob job, rhinoplasty, lip fillers, or a facelift is going to cost you.

However, in Hollywood, where money isn't an issue, many celebrities have no problem going under the knife. After all, the pressure on them to look perfect is overwhelming. They can't be overweight and they can't show even a single sign of aging. While some celebs have gotten plastic surgery (although many deny it) and you can hardly tell, a lot of the time it's unfortunately quite obvious. It's most obvious when it's a botched job, which does happen. Even the most renowned, trusted surgeons in Hollywood make mistakes, and these body blemishes are ones that these celebs have to live with forever.

10. Axl Rose

Best known as the lead singer for Guns N' Roses, Axl Rose has a lot of notoriety that follows him wherever he goes. If it wasn't the 15-year wait for Chinese Democracy that got you, then it's surely the frustration that most fans experience when they see him perform live, since Rose is known to be late to his own performances. He's also known for his freakishly odd appearance after too much bad plastic surgery.

The crooner was actually considered a sex symbol by early 90s rocker chicks, but everyone gets older. It's believed that he underwent a chemical peel for his face, Botox injections, and a facelift, although he could have had more work done. The result is a shiny, tight-faced Rose who looks a lot like another famous redhead destroyed by plastic surgery, Carrot Top.

9. Meg Ryan

Although not as active anymore (she was in this year's Fan Girl, her first movie since 2009), Meg Ryan was Hollywood's "it" girl back in the 1990s. Just take a look at her resume during that decade: 1993's Sleepless in Seattle, 1996's Courage Under Fire, and 1998's beloved rom-com You've Got Mail. As the next decade began, she appeared in Proof of Life in 2000 and Kate & Leopold in 2001.

Since then though, Ryan's acting career has sort of tanked. To make herself relevant again (we suppose), she rejuvenated with some plastic surgery. She's definitely had work done on her lips since her smile is eerily oversized. Given that Ryan was photographed in 2013 looking as fresh as she did in the 90s, we can only guess that she's had some Botox or similar injections. Either way, she is not aging naturally.

8. Renee Zellweger

Much like Meg Ryan above, Renee Zellweger was a very popular actor in the 90s. Despite appearances in 1994's The Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Next Generation and 1995's Empire Records, she wouldn't break big until 1996 with Jerry Maguire. She's best known for starring in the Bridget Jones's Diary films in 2001 and 2004 (with another movie, entitled Bridget Jones's Baby, filming as we speak). Unlike Ryan, Zellweger has kept her acting calendar full.

However, if you haven't seen the Bridget Jones movies in a while and you recall Zellweger looking different now compared to then, it's not just because of age. She barely looks like herself anymore. Many in Hollywood have had a tough time recognizing her. Surprisingly, Zellweger has spoken on the subject (although she's kept mum about which procedures she's gotten): "I'm glad folks think I look different! I'm living a different, happy, more fulfilling life, and I'm thrilled that perhaps it shows." We're not quite sure that's what's showing, but YDY Renee.

7. Farrah Abraham

Farrah Abraham was thrust into the spotlight through MTV's 16 and Pregnant, so you can already imagine that she hadn't made a ton of great life decisions. She moved on to appear on Teen Mom and then did whatever she could to stretch out her 15 minutes of fame as long as she could, recording an album and writing a memoir. Oh yeah, and she also made a porno. All of this happened as she was raising her daughter.

When you're put on television that early in your life and become an inadvertent celebrity, of course you think that you're supposed to look a certain way. Abraham made sure that she did, getting a breast augmentation and Botox, despite being only 24 (she called it preventative, although we're not sure that's how it works). Most recently, she got lip work done and the procedure went horribly wrong. Her mouth looked like a Kylie Jenner lip challenge gone totally awry. Unfortunately, Abraham wasn't scarred enough from the experience to swear off plastic surgery forever.

6. Tori Spelling

If you've ever watched the original Beverly Hills, 90210, then you've seen a young Tori Spelling as Donna Martin. Her career took off after her prominent role on the show, landing her in movies like 1997's Scream 2 and 2001's Scary Movie 2. When 90210 was reprised with a new cast, she and some of the other actors from the original appeared on the reboot in 2009.

A lot has changed since those early days, Spelling's body included. She decided to increase her bust, but the results are not so pretty. She has a weird indentation on one breast that makes for some strange cleavage. Spelling did admit to the bad surgery in 2008 but has made no moves to get it fixed. She either likes her breasts enough now or she just doesn't want to bring more attention to herself by going under the knife once again.

5. Rose McGowan

Whether you remember her from TV show Charmed, during her short-lived romance with Marilyn Manson in the 90s, or in movies like 1999's Jawbreaker and 2007's Grindhouse, Rose McGowan has become quite the presence in Hollywood. However, around her Grindhouse days, her face definitely looked different. That's because during that same year, she was involved in a very serious car accident, one in which she wasn't the driver. However, the glasses she was wearing cut very deeply into her face.

Her face damaged, McGowan practically had no choice but to receive plastic surgery to repair it. She had to have a few procedures done to fix her up. It's a heartbreaking story, and one that easily could have been sadder. Luckily, McGowan was eventually fine. Her face does look noticeably plastic though, which sucks. It would have been a much happier ending all around if she had gotten surgery that left her looking less taut.

4. Tara Reid

While all of the above celebrities have had had a botched procedure or two (or three or more), very few of them have had their careers ruined from those surgeries. Tara Reid though is better-known for her bad body at the hands of her surgeon than for her acting. That could be because her work on TV show Scrubs and movies like American Pie happened more than 10 years ago. Appearing in Sharknado in 2013 and its sequel Sharknado 2: The Second One in 2014 did her career no favors.

First Reid decided to get her chest inflated in 2004. Had Reid stopped there, maybe all hope wouldn't have been lost. Then she got what she calls body contouring (but just as easily could have been liposuction), which left her stomach looking like a wrinkled mess. "I had body contouring, but it all went wrong. My stomach became the most ripply, bulging thing," she told The View. Reparative surgery in 2006 made her torso moderately better, but what would have looked best if is Reid left her body alone in the first place.

3. Lil' Kim

Lil' Kim is one of the only women in rap to have received the humbling accolade of releasing three platinum-selling albums. The only other woman who has done it is Missy Elliott. However, Kim also hasn't put out any music since 2005's The Naked Truth, which did decently. After that album, she and Atlantic Records split and Kim began to remove any semblance of what she once looked like by undergoing plastic surgery after plastic surgery.

Somehow the petite rapper has been in and out of the spotlight since 2005, but she's far removed from her days of the purple wig and matching pasty. It's believed that she's undergone a facelift, a rhinoplasty, a breast augmentation, and possibly skin lightening. Seriously, you wouldn't be able to tell who she is now if you saw her.

2. Donatella Versace

As a shareholder, designer, and vice president for the Versace Group, Donatella Versace is a goddess in the world of fashion. Clothes and other high-end goods are in the family name. After her brother Gianni passed on in 1997, Donatella was pretty much left in charge of running the fashion house. Although you wouldn't believe it by looking at her, she just turned 60.

As she became a bigger face for the Versace brand, Donatella got more and more work done on that face. Her lips were once shapely but not overfilled. Her obvious lip injections are probably her biggest plastic surgery offense. More subtly, she's gotten her nose worked on and surely receives regular injections of Botox or a similar serum to keep her skin looking unlined and unwrinkled. Still, we doubt anyone would notice since her mouth is now her most prominent feature, uneasily so.

1. Heidi Montag

Do you remember The Hills? No? It was that MTV reality show about the lives and loves of L.A. women Whitney Port, Audrina Patridge, Heidi Montag, and Lauren Conrad. These days, Port doesn't seem to do much (she did have a sporadic acting career), Patridge hosts 1st Look on NBC, and Conrad is a clothing designer. As for Montag? She is a living, breathing reminder of why you should never go overboard with plastic surgery.

While many celebrities are ashamed to get procedures done and tend to keep it on the down-low, Montag makes her surgeries a type of sick sport. Once, she had work done 10 times in a single day, which is both stupid and dangerous. She's almost entirely fake from head to toe, having had liposuction done on her thighs to shrink them, cheekbone injections for fullness, her back reshaped, various breast augmentations, her chin shrunk, her ears pinned back, a rhinoplasty, and a brow lift. She was once a cute reality star with a girl-next-door appeal who's now a horrific living mannequin.
