Lindsey Vonn and P.K. Subban just sold their Beverly Hills home for $6.9 million. The athletes put up their property for $7.175 million in February, and they managed to close a deal for $6.9 million less than three months later.
Vonn and Subban purchased the four-bedroom, six-bathroom residence in April 2020 for $6.75 million. And the exes announced their decision to call off their engagement in December of the same year.
The exes former home boasts of skylights, tall ceilings, a custom fireplace in the living room area, and a massive kitchen. In their former backyard are a swimming pool and spa.
Vonn and Subban’s property also has a guest house and a garage that can fit three cars.
According to Daily Mail, the property had just been renovated when Vonn and Subban purchased it. The house also has an oversized fireplace, luxurious walk-in closets, a master suite, and more.
The American alpine ski racer put the first home that she ever owned on the market in 2019 shortly after she got engaged to Subban. Months later, she thanked those who helped her close a deal on that property.
Vonn purchased her East Vail property in 2014. The 7,000-square foot home was first put on the market in August 2019 with an asking price of $6 million.
After closing the deal, Vonn released a statement thanking Vail and saying that this isn’t goodbye.
“This is not a goodbye for good. Although Vail won’t be my full-time residence, it is still home for some of my family and will always be my hometown,” she said.
Meanwhile, Vonn and Subban also released two separate statements when they announced their divorce.
“Over the past 3 years, PK and I have had some incredible times together. He is a kind, good man, and someone I respect a great deal. However, after much consideration, we have decided to move forward separately. We will always remain friends and love each other immensely,” Vonn said.
“Lindsey is one of the most kind and caring people I know. I will always treasure our time as a couple together and the many laughs we shared,” Subban wrote.
As of late, it is still unclear where Vonn and Subban will be staying. But one thing’s for sure, they will no longer share a permanent residence.
