As per court filings obtained by Daily Mail, Jodie acknowledged they don’t have a prenup in place, but she’s not requesting spousal support for either her or her ex.

Daily Mail reports the couple live in Joshua’s former childhood home, located in Topanga, California, which he purchased in 2001. He previously earned a West Hollywood home with Diane Kruger, though they sold it for a little under $6 million in 2017 following their split. Joshua went on to date Jodie shortly after.
