Situated less than 200 miles east of their primary Beverly Hills residence—a $25 million estate spanning over 11,000 square feet featuring seven bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, and a home movie theater—the La Quinta home offers the couple yet another luxurious retreat. Their decision to splurge on the home comes after Justin made an estimated $200 million in 2022 for selling his music catalog, bringing his reported net worth to nearly $500 million.

There have been rumors of marital strife between Justin and Hailey for months, even dating back to the last year, with some reports claiming the two are headed for divorce or at least taking a break from each other.
