Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann’s divorce is getting even messier, as she recently called the police to report that Kroy had locked her out of the master bedroom in their shared family home, preventing her from using their $20,000 mattress.

Body cam footage, which was obtained by Us Weekly, shows the reality star explaining to officers that she’s recovering from surgery, so having the specialty mattress is a necessity. “I just had major neck surgery so I need to sleep in my bed. … I came home and I’m locked out of my room, which happens all the time,” Kim explained.

When an officer suggested she sleep in another room within the mansion, Kim insisted this wasn’t an option. “No, because of my neck. … This is like a $20,000 mattress,” she said, noting that her kids’ mattresses were “too soft.”

The police attempted to approach Kory during the incident, who was barricading himself in the bedroom that Kim wanted to enter. When the former NFL star was informed he could be charged with criminal trespassing for failing to let his estranged wife have equal access to the marital home, Kroy denied it.

“No I can’t,” he said from behind the locked door, refusing to see the officers face-to-face. He furthermore claimed that he was “not comfortable opening the door for [his] safety.”

Kim then began telling law enforcement that Kroy allegedly “doesn’t even have a job to pay for this house” and began demanding access to her personal items within the bedroom, like a cream she claimed is worth $1,000. Kroy eventually agreed to open the door and leave Kim’s items outside, before closing it again.

“I could have called you every day for the last two years of my life,” Kim told police as she escorted authorities out once the situation had de-escalated.

Kroy filed for divorce a second time this year in August and the parents-of-six have been in a public dispute ever since, despite continuing to reside in the same house.

Last month, Kroy claimed Kim was planning to filed for bankruptcy to try and force them to stay together. He currently wants to sell their Atlanta mansion to settle over $1 million in IRS debt. He’s publicly pleaded with Kim to agree to sell the mansion, though Kroy says she refuses. Their divorce remains ongoing.
