American actor, comedian, writer, and singer. His television roles include Beverley Leslie on Will & Grace (2001–2006 and 2017–2020), several characters on television in the American Horror Story franchise (2013–2019), Sid on The Cool Kids (2018–2019), Phil on Call Me Kat (2021–2022), and Lonnie Garr on Hearts Afire (1993–1995). Less than two months after Leslie Jordan unexpectedly passed away at age 67, reportedly after experiencing a medical emergency that led to a fatal car crash in Hollywood, the beloved actor, writer and singer’s West Hollywood condo “way up in the sky” has popped up for sale, asking just under $1.8 million.

The Tennessee native acquired the unit for $1.75 million at the beginning of August, barely having enough time to enjoy what was apparently his first home purchase. A legendary entertainer best known for his roles in TV shows such as “Hearts Afire,” “Will & Grace,” “American Horror Story” and “Call Me Kat,” Jordan purchased the unit from the estate of the late Canadian filmmaker and producer Ivan Reitman, who paid nearly $1.2 million for the place back in spring 2008.

Sited in the upscale Empire West residential tower — a circa-1960s building that’s housed notable celebs the likes of Dyan Cannon, Nancy Sinatra, Kerry Washington, Alyssa Milano and Nicole Richie through the years — Jordan’s former home rests on the 11th floor, and has two bedrooms and two baths in just over 1,600 square feet of open-concept living space displaying a mix of hardwood and carpeted floors, high ceilings and modern finishes, according to Dirt.

Highlights include an entry hallway that leads to a spacious living room boasting floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors spilling out to a large balcony providing north-facing Sunset Plaza and Hollywood Hills views. An adjacent dining area connects to an all-white kitchen equipped with high-end Miele appliances, and the master suite comes complete with a private balcony and walk-in closet, plus a bath outfitted with dual vanities, a soaking tub and glass-encased shower. Another en-suite guest bedroom can easily double as an office space.

The new owner also will be privy to plenty of amenities courtesy of a monthly $1,671 HOA fee, including a 24/7 doorman and concierge, two subterranean parking spots, a tennis court, fitness center, and rooftop pool and entertainment area.

Having charmed around 5 million fellow “hunker-downers” during the Covid-19 pandemic with his cheerful Instagram posts, Jordan had recently released the gospel music album “Company’s Comin,'” which features narrated scripture, personal stories and tunes with Dolly Parton and Eddie Vedder.

The listing is held by Eric Rojany of Pinnacle Estate Properties.
