Reasons For The Extended Morgan Wallen Tour Of 2024

Morgan Wallen was faced with canceling his Mississippi tour just minutes before the performance, due to a vocal rest period ordered by his doctors. Later, he was unable to complete the remaining six weeks of the tour.

The Billboard Music Award winner's fans were outraged. Despite assurances of refunds, one fan sent a $4,000 bill demanding reimbursement for the entire cost associated with the abandoned show, and another sued Wallen for not performing.

The situation was dire, and fans and media were frustrated with Wallen, criticizing and insulting him. However, there was some good news for Wallen's fans: ten new dates were added, and the "One Night at a Time" tour was back on.

Wallen gained lots of popularity in 2023, and received a nomination for entertainer of the year at the upcoming CMA awards. Despite the canceled tour, the Country Musician is getting bigger and bigger, gaining a humongous fan base, which is another reason for the extension of the grand tour.

The name of the tour was decided after Big Loud Studio Album enjoyed mammoth success, spending 15 non-consecutive weeks at the number one spot on a Billboard chart and breaking a 30 year record. “Last Night” is the masterpiece that crowned the Billboard Hot 100 for 16 weeks.

Morgan Wallen’s country music prowess is spreading far and breaking records.

Morgan Wallen Tour Announcement Clip

The Extended Morgan Wallen Tour 2024 announcement clip has been shared on Morgan Wallen's social media accounts. Peyton Manning wore a wig (mimicking Wallen) while humming “Last Night," before the trio engaged in some humorous back and forth for fans:

Peyton Manning told Wallen if he wanted someone “who doesn’t know how to look cool, and can’t sing, or tell jokes, he should’ve called [Peyton's] brother, Eli.” Eli then appeared in the video with a serious face, and announced the “One Night At A Time” Tour in 2024.

At the end of the video Peyton Manning joked: “... guess I got your voicemail again, looks like I’m really… ‘Chasin’ You.’ Get it? Like your song.”
