Looks like the Playboy Mansion will be host to one last epic party in Hugh Hefner’s honor before the new owner moves in.

Sources close to Daren Metropoulos—son of Dean Metropoulos, the billionaire investor and co-owner of the Hostess brand—say that planning has begun for a final tribute to Hefner in the best way possible: one last, giant party. Since purchasing the Playboy Mansion from Hefner in 2016 Metropoulos has final say on any large events that happen on the property.

According to the source speaking to TMZ, the party will be more of a tribute to Hefner than that wild parties that the Playboy Mansion was known for.

Metropoulos purchased the Playboy Mansion after Hefner put the property up for sale in 2016. The only catch was that anyone who bought the place had to let him keep living there until he died. Metropoulos snapped up the deal for a cool $100 million, allowing Hefner to stay as a tenant until his death last Wednesday.

Sources also say that Metropoulos has big plans for the Playboy Mansion. He’s going to combine the mansion with another estate he owns right next to it, creating a single giant luxury compound. All the animals that call the Playboy Mansion their home—including rare birds, monkeys, and yes, even regular old bunnies—will still be housed there and Metropoulos plans to renovate the place so it goes back to its former glory.

Metropoulos released a brief statement following the death of his elderly tenant: "Hugh Hefner was a visionary in business, a giant in media, and an iconic figure of pop culture whose legacy will leave a lasting impact."

The Playboy Mansion has been home to Hugh Hefner since 1974 after the media mogul moved there from his previous residence in Chicago. It quickly became infamous for Hefner’s lavish and often drug-fueled parties, with former staff describing the place as a modern day Sodom and Gomorrah. Marijuana and alcohol flowed copiously in the Mansion’s halls along with tales of group sex occurring in any of its many rooms as well as its notorious grotto.

It seems unlikely that the Playboy Mansion will be home to such activities for Hefner’s farewell bash, but one can always hope.
