Reese Witherspoon’s California Ranch House – Estimated Value - $10 Million
The Oscar winning actress Reese Witherspoon owns a fabulous property in Ojai, California. This is a seven acre ranch that’s a real treat for the eyes. Just take a look at some of its pictures. We are sure that you will appreciate its beauty.
This estate in Ojai was built by the architect Wallace Neff in 1923. Later, a gravel driveway, courtyard with a swimming pool, a horse stable, barn and 3 guest cottages were added by the landscape designer Jay Griffith.
There are four bedrooms, a towering living room made of high-beamed ceilings (aha, that wonderful old-world charm), a rustic kitchen, library, and a nice fireplace. It comes with old hardware, planked floors, some amazing stonework, Spanish style architecture – everything has been preserved lovingly.

The living room is charming indeed. The beamed ceilings and bold colors give it that Mediterranean look. The staircase looks grand, thanks to the decorative handrail and wood beam ceiling. There are bold red stools in the kitchen that are in contrast with the mint green countertop glassware and colorful windows and doors. The master bathroom looks very relaxing. The color patterns provide a soothing spa-like experience.
At the front, there is a wrap-around deck that provides a wonderful view of the courtyard and the beautiful landscape beyond the driveway. Here’s more of that Mediterranean touch. The courtyard definitely looks an ethnic Greek. It is beautifully lined with gravel and meadow plants.
Sadly, Reese has decided to sell her estate. She expects to fetch an impressive $10 Million for it. We will have one lucky buyer soon.
