Rihanna may not be releasing new music anytime soon, but the singer is expanding her fashion line Savage x Fenty with a new maternity line, which is fitting timing given that she just welcomed her second child with ASAP Rocky in August.
The fashion icon shared the exciting news with a photo of herself holding her eldest son RZA in her arms, wearing a dark colored bralette. “Not ur [sic] mama’s maternity bras… Designed by Rihanna, approved by baby RZA,” Rihanna captioned the photo.

Rihanna Loses Big Selling $10 Million Mansion To Johnny Depp’s Agent
After buying a $20 million penthouse, Rihanna seemed in a hurry to sell her older Beverly Hills property. The line will reportedly include three styles o bralettes plus and oversized t-shirt with the saying “Make more babies.” The bras are made for pregnant and nursing mothers, designed to make breastfeeding easier.
“The new maternity capsule is about bringing that confidence and comfort to mums at every stage of their journeys,” Rihanna told Vogue of the collection. “I want to remind people that you can still channel sexiness and feel good while being a parent.”
Rihanna may have made a name for herself as a musician, but she’s become immersed in the fashion world in recent years since launching Save x Fenty in 2018 (she also has the makeup brand Fenty, which has reached similar levels of success).
While RiRi doesn’t appear to be slowing down the collections or modelling for her fashion line, despite being a mother-of-two now, she did step down as CEO ahead of her youngest son Riot’s birth. “It’s been beautiful to see our vision for Savage X Fenty impact the industry at such an incredible magnitude over the last five years,” Rihanna said in a statement.
“This is just the beginning for us, and we’re going to continue to expand in ways that always connect with the consumer,” the makeup mogul continues. “I’m so grateful and excited to welcome Hillary Super as our new CEO — she is a strong leader and is focused on taking the business to an even higher level.” Hillary Super assumed the role in June, after previously working at Anthropologie Group.
Rihanna still has been plans for Savage x Fenty, aside from its new collection, as the brand is currently preparing to launch a series of retail stores across the U.S. (much like Kim Kardashian’s SKIMS brand is also doing at the moment).
In 2022, Rihanna’s Savage x Fenty received a billion-dollar valuation, an impressive feat given the brand has only been in business for a few years.
