The Canadian real estate market has been taking a hit lately. The likes of Toronto and Vancouver have witnessed a substantial drop in total number of homes being sold. Vancouver’s volume has fallen by as much as 33 percent while Toronto’s is even worse as it saw its volume drop by about 70 percent. Average prices, however, have generally remained stable, though home prices in Vancouver have seen a slight drop.

For homes in the upper end of the market, prices have stayed on the same high range. Here is a list of the top 10 most expensive homes in Canada.
