According to reports, Tori’s new abode is located in the Woodland Hills area of Los Angeles, California. With over 3,300 square feet of living space, the single-story home has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It also has a guest house with its own bedroom and bathroom.

The rental apparently comes fully furnished, which explains its high price tag. Features include a spacious pool, outdoor entertainment area, a gaming room, and flat screen TVs throughout the property.

In August, fans were surprised to see Tori and her children spending the summer in an RV, given her reputation for loving the finer things in life. Though Tori has an estimated net worth of $150,000, her father Aaron Spelling was said to be worth $600 million during his lifetime. Much of his fortune was left to his widow, Candy Spelling, Tori’s mother with whom she’s reportedly estranged from.

Speaking to Us Weekly, a source at the time said Tori and the kids left their family residence after mold was detected. The RV was not only meant to be temporary, but Tori also thought it’d be a fun, budget-friendly vacation idea for the kids.

“Tori is trying to have a summer vacation with her kids on a budget that works for her,” the insider explained. “Tori knows she’s going to get attention with her downgraded glamour vacation, but it’s also realistically all she can afford at the moment.”

“She is looking for peace of mind for her and her children,” a second source added. “She’s doing it on a realistic budget that works for her right now.”

Tori and Dean continue to navigate their divorce, though he’s made it clear he’s already moved on, as the actor was spotted getting cozy to a new woman last month. Dean was spotted with Lily Callo, who’s being called his new girlfriend, during a stop at the welfare office in October.
