On his Instagram page, Kilmer revealed that he'll be taking part in the upcoming DC FanDome event on Aug. 22. Not only that, but Kilmer even hinted at the possibility of wearing the Batsuit for the first time in a quarter century.

Michael Keaton was the first actor to play Batman in a live action film, doing so in Tim Burton's Batman (1989) and Batman Returns (1992). When he and Burton left the franchise, the two were replaced by Kilmer and Schumacher, respectively.
Kilmer decided not to reprises his role in the universally panned Batman & Robin (1997), and George Clooney was cast as his replacement.

"That’s why it’s so easy to have five or six Batmans," Kilmer said. "It’s not about Batman. There is no Batman."
