As per engagement ring specialist Neil Dutta at Angelic Diamonds, the first ring Victoria received from David was a a plain yellow gold band adorned with a three-carat marquise-cut diamond. He proposed with the ring in 1998. The athlete acquired the ring for an estimated £69,000 ($83,000 USD) at the time.

Nearly two years after they tied the knot in 199, Victoria upgraded her ring for a platinum eternity band. With a straightforward design and 3-carat white diamonds, the ring is worth approximately £14,000 ($18,000 USD).

Victoria’s most recent piece in her engagement ring collection is band is a stunning, square-cut yellow diamond on a platinum pave band. The ring, which Victoria began sporting in 2018, is reportedly worth £2.5 million ($3 million).

But that’s not even the fashion designer’s most expensive engagement ring. In 2015, she receive a moonstone ring in a diamond-encrusted band nearly double the price.

“Large high-quality moonstones like this one in Victoria’s engagement ring are very rare and hard to come by, making it valuable,” Dutta explained. “The moonstone itself looks to be 15 carat surrounded by a white diamond encrusted platinum band valued at an estimated £4 million ($5 million).”

Prior to that, in 2010, David gifted his wife an oval-cut sapphire with a platinum band. “This ring is the largest gemstone in Victoria's gemstone collection,” Dutta explained. “It features a large 20ct oval cut sapphire set in a slim platinum white diamond pavé band. We predict this ring to be worth £4.4 million ($5.5 million).”

Victoria also has an oval-cut ruby with a diamond halo worth £4 million ($5 million), which she received in 2009, plus an emerald-cut diamond she received the year prior that’s worth approximately £3.1million ($3.8 million).
